Cancer Diagnosis? We’re Here for You.

The 4×4 Training in Munich is specially designed for people living with or after cancer. It offers both physical and mental support – scientifically grounded and recommended by experts.

Numerous scientific studies show that regular physical activity strengthens the immune system, reduces fatigue, improves treatment outcomes, and enhances quality of life – at every stage of the cancer journey. Our certified trainer team will guide you safely and with motivation through this outdoor training, held in nature, in all weather conditions.

Meeting Point: Fitness Trail Isarauen, Munich

Time

Every Wednesday evening
Start: 6:00 PM
Changes to the schedule will be shared monthly via our WhatsApp channel.
Duration: approx. 1 hour

Registration & Participation

How to Join

  • Simply arrive 10 minutes before the session at the meeting point

  • No prior registration required

  • Updates and communication via our WhatsApp channel

Who Can Join?
People with cancer, their families and friends – as well as anyone who wants to get active as a preventive measure, regardless of fitness level or prior experience.
No medical certificate required.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate sportswear

  • Supportive athletic shoes

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Yoga or exercise mat (alternatively, a large towel) for floor exercises
