On 23 July 2025, the second WellBeingHER Webinar on Move With Us: How to Effectively Integrate Physical Activity into Daily Life During and After Cancer took place with participants from across Europe. Hosted by Outdoor Against Cancer (OAC) the event focused on how to integrate movement into your everyday life - even on the hard days.
The webinar was moderated by Petra Thaller, Founder and President of Outdoor Against Cancer, featured insights from Ph.D. Rūdolfs Cešeiko, Exercise Physiologist and OAC Exercise Expert & Advisor Oncology from Latvia – both being cancer survivors themselves – and Dr. med. Tom Degenhardt, Medical Director OAC, General Practitioner and Gynaecologist, shared practical recommendations on integrating movement into everyday life, focussing on e.g. the “6-Minute Rule” and a guided micro training you can follow at home.
The webinar also included two active exercise sessions led by Ph.D. Rūdolfs Cešeiko.
